What item/hero you think that have to be removed/remaked?

Urn of shadows, as if it give 1.2 hp regen and 6 str (that gives regen) and 50% mana ,soul ring still better for farming, supports can use urn, but still.. it is so useless when ganking

Puck, he is fulfilled with bugs! he should be removed, resons:
1.unpathable bug
2.Linken bug
3.invencible bug
4.What more?
